Opportunity Overview

As a Senior Accountant at Exrox, you'll lead financial reporting and month-end close processes for a diverse portfolio of 25-30 clients across multiple industries. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior staff while developing expertise in technical accounting areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle accounting including month/year-end close processes for client engagements
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows)
  • Review work of Staff Accountants (2-3 direct reports)
  • Implement and maintain accounting controls and best practices
  • Lead client meetings to present financial results and recommendations
  • Research technical accounting issues and draft position papers
  • Optimize client accounting processes through technology integration
Qualifications
Required
  • IconBachelor's degree in Accounting
  • IconCPA certification (active)
  • Icon4+ years public accounting experience
  • IconExpertise in GAAP financial reporting
Preferred
  • IconExperience with QuickBooks Online and Exro
  • IconClient-facing advisory experience
  • IconKnowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition
  • IconExperience mentoring junior staff
